  • Are the Almar payment installments adjusted for inflation? Which index is used? Yes. All installments due before the occupancy permit ("Habite-se") are adjusted monthly based on the INCC-FGV index. After the occupancy permit is issued, the remaining balance is updated monthly according to the IPCA-IBGE index, as is standard in long-term real estate contracts in Brazil.

  • Can I finance my unit at Almar Ipanema? Yes. Under the regular payment plan, you can finance up to 70% of the total property value through a bank of your choice after the construction is completed. Buyers have up to 60 days after the issuance of the occupancy permit (expected by April 2028) to close the financing or pay the balance in full.
